Privacy Policy

Fill It Insulation respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect what we need to quote your job and get back to you, and we do not sell it.

What we collect

When you submit a quote or contact form, we collect:

• Your name, email address and phone number
• Your city, and the property and project details you provide
• Anything else you choose to write in the message field

We also collect standard analytics data automatically — pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site.

How we use it

• To respond to your request and schedule an assessment
• To prepare and send your quote
• To file utility rebate paperwork on your behalf, if you hire us
• To understand which parts of this site are useful and which are not

We do not sell your information, rent it, or trade it to lead brokers. We do not add you to a marketing list because you asked for a quote.

Who we share it with

We share information only where it is necessary to do the work:

• Utility rebate programs — if you hire us and want us to file your rebate, we submit the documentation those programs require.
• Service providers — the vendors that host this site, deliver our email, and run our analytics, each limited to what they need.
• Legal requirements — where we are required by law to disclose.

Analytics and advertising

This site uses Google Analytics and Google Ads, including conversion tracking and remarketing. These services use cookies and similar technologies to understand site usage and to show our ads to people who have visited. You can opt out of Google Analytics with the browser add-on Google provides, and manage ad personalization in your Google Ads settings.

Cookies

Cookies on this site support analytics and advertising as described above. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies in their settings. The site works fine without them.

• Ask us to correct or delete it
• Ask us to stop contacting you, at any time

How we protect it

Form submissions travel over an encrypted connection and we limit access to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise — but we do not hold payment details on this site, and we keep what we do hold to a minimum.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we update this policy we will change the date at the top. Material changes will be noted on this page.
